Wendy Smith halesfrom Two Harbors, MN and lives in Crosby. She has a lengthy history of vocal work with a number of different groups through her career. Says Wendy,
“I started singing at about 4 or 5 years old with my cousin Jody. Both of our families are very musical.
I was a part of church and school choir and played the clarinet. Over the years I’ve sung at weddings, church musicals and am currently involved with the chamber’s “Music in the Park” committee in Crosby. Somewhere along the way also learned a little on Guitar.
Music is definitely one of my passions along with the enjoyment of cooking and my love of animals. My cat’s name is Willow! The special guy in my life (who dog’s name also happens to be Willow) shares an interest in music right along with me.
Being a part of Churchyard Grass has not only given me an opportunity to learn a little on the mandolin but has allowed me to share my passion for music with others.”
